Zoe Porter: Homunculi

22nd March - 17th April

Brisbane Powerhouse

Interdisciplinary artist Zoe Porter has combined forces with Ben Ely (Regurgitator) and Olivia Porter (Circus Oz) to create a collaborative performance and large-scale video projection (in collaboration with Ali Cameron & Olivia Porter). The exhibition explores mythology, hybrid forms and ritual through drawing, sculpture, installation and performance.

These works present a personal mythology, which features imaginary forms that sit somewhere between the animal, human, plant and non-human realms as well as drawing on the everyday and the subconscious.

Join us for the opening night performance from 6pm on Thursday 24th of March, which will include live sound, circus and drawing.
