Illusion, dream, fantasy, delusion, spectre, snare, hallucination.
We are calling for submissions for an upcoming show at The Block in the Creative Industries precinct at QUT, Kelvin Grove. These submissions are open to QUT Visual Arts students only. This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic (and unique) space so we encourage you all to submit! We are looking for works which incorporate sculpture, film or light. Be ambitious! This is a large space!
The theme of the exhibition will be ‘Chimera’. ‘Chimera’ will explore the state of escapism within art, providing a temporary escape from everyday life. Most work will be appropriate for such a theme, if you are having doubts, feel free to ask a post datum representative or email questions to the address below.
