Media artists worldwide are invited to submit work for the 39th European Media Art Festival (EMAF) in Osnabrück, Germany. The festival features film, media, installations, performances, hybrid and experimental works.

Regulations Overview

Up to three works may be submitted per artist.

Eligible works must be completed in 2025 or 2026.

Films up to 60 minutes are considered in International Selection, over 60 minutes in Feature category.

Installations and expanded works require a full description, technical rider, cost breakdown, and visual materials.

Non-English works must include English subtitles.

Works already entered in previous editions will not be reconsidered.
This is an important opportunity for Australian and Brisbane-based artists to showcase their work internationally, with all selected participants receiving artist fees.
