Landshapes is an exhibition of new work by amy commins using light, motion and video to creatively inquire into the tensions at work within the concept of landscape.

Amy commins is a visual artist currently based in brisbane, working across a variety of media including painting, installation and video. commins is interested in the experience and depiction of contemporary ‘nature.’ this interest is primarily analysed through the re-imagining of representational images such as landscapes and the horizon line to further complicate the tensions that exist between sensuous immersion and detached observation.

Landshapes is a one night only event.
