A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity open to Australian visual artists to complete a year-long placement in an international learning institution.
Each scholarship covers institutional fees for one academic year and costs for twelve months overseas including a US $50,000 tax free allowance, airfares, and travel and medical insurance.
The annual scholarships enable Australian artists to develop their artistic capacities and skills through a dedicated period of practice-based learning.
For the Class of 2022, new guidelines apply. The new guidelines include less restrictive eligibility criteria, allowing graduates of more than five years’ standing to apply for a scholarship.
