Art & Wellbeing Workshops: Presence in Practice offers a series of evening sessions exploring presence through spirituality, neuroscience, and therapeutic strategies. Across three workshops, expert facilitators guide participants to deepen focus, connection, and awareness through reflective engagement with art.

Each session begins with an exclusive, crowd-free viewing of Olafur Eliasson: Presence, followed by a guided workshop. No prior experience is required, and all sessions are suitable for anyone interested in art, mindfulness, and wellbeing.

Wed 18 Mar | Kate Raffin
Creative principles behind nonviolent social change movements and how embodying these practices supports personal and collective wellbeing.

Wed 22 Apr | Dr Jacob Thorstensen
Understanding how the brain regulates attention and the senses, and how to quiet the thinking mind to connect more deeply with art.
