The BBA Artist Prize 2026 is now open for submissions, inviting artists worldwide to enter one of Berlin’s leading international art awards. Open to all artists aged 18+, the prize accepts all mediums and themes, with no restrictions on background or experience.
Artists can submit up to five works and gain eligibility for the longlist, shortlist, and a group exhibition in Berlin during Gallery Weekend.
The jury evaluates visual excellence, storytelling, conceptual strength, technical skill, and artistic depth, making this a valuable opportunity for emerging and established practitioners alike.

• 1st Prize: 1000€, Artsy profile, solo exhibition, and promotion
• 2nd Prize: 700€, Artsy profile, and promotion
• 3rd Prize: 500€, Artsy profile, and promotion
• Audience Award: 300€, Artsy profile, and promotion
Submission requires a short statement, CV, artwork details, and up to five images (3MB each). Once entered, artists receive a login link and can upload anytime before the extended deadline.
