Bianca Mavrick is a Brisbane-based contemporary jeweller with a Bachelor of Fine Art (Jewellery and Small Objects). She pits artisanal processes against industrial fabrication, resolving the two through handmade techniques that combine the precision of fine craftsmanship, while expressing a distinct maker’s mark. Offbeat colour combinations and graphic motifs are her calling card, expressed through her signature materials of colour-coated and precious metals, stones, and plastics. Mavrick’s work has been exhibited and stocked across gallery and design stores in Australia and internationally.
