We are accepting program proposals for Blindside’s 2024 Radio program
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, in November / December 2024 we will turn the gallery into a live broadcasting studio – streaming B-side Radio to the world online. The program will celebrate Blindside’s artistic community, with conversations, sound-works, music, readings, performances and experiments, from artists, curators, like-minded partner organisations and contributors.
We are now accepting program proposals to be broadcasted during B-side Radio! We would love to hear your ideas for a show that will celebrate or demonstrate the exceptionally talented and diverse community that has made 20 exceptional years of Blindside. These proposals can sit in the realms of discussions, readings, exploration of sound, music and performance. As always, we encourage experimentation and playful ideas!
B-Side radio will be broadcasted live from Blindside, from the 22nd of November to the 13th of December 2024, during regular gallery hours (Weds – Saturday, 12pm-6pm). While we encourage live broadcasting, pre-recorded episodes are also an option if that is more feasible for you. Selected proposals will be allocated 1 hour slots during this timeframe, if additional time is essential to your proposal, please make a note of this in your application.
