Grace and The Kissing Swans is a project that uses flood-affected caravans sourced from Bundaberg Council’s Waste Management Depot. Artist Chris Bennie is transforming them into contemporary sculpture for presentation in public contexts.

Grace and the Kissing Swans will be installed on the Currumbin Beach foreshore as part of the Swell Sculpture Festival 13 to 22 September. Grace will also be in Sydney for Sculpture by the Sea 24 October to 10 November.

Chris will be joined in this discussion by Swell Sculpture Festival Director, Natasha Edwards. Come along to Fish Lane Studios, The Fox Hotel and get the low down on this fantastic festival and how Grace was initiated and developed as a project.
