Jarrod Van Der Ryken is a multidisciplinary artist who works primarily in the mediums of photography, video, and sculpture. his experimental practice often culminates in immersive video installation. through experimentation with time and space, his work investigates themes of identity, representation, and the complexities of lived experience.
Jarrod completed a bachelor of fine arts (visual arts) at the queensland university of technology and has presented solo exhibitions at wreckers upstairs, boxcopy contemporary art space, metro arts and outer space in brisbane, firstdraft and galerie pompom in sydney, and screenspace in melbourne.
