Join Lisa Tucker from Art2cin2u to explore the significance of the Koru in Māori art and design in this painting workshop.
The Koru is the symbol of creation and is based on the shape of an unfurling fern frond. The circular symbol conveys the idea of movement. It signifies that as we move through life many things change but also stay the same.
