Eunoia’
(n.) beautiful thinking, a well mind

In our rapidly changing world, our minds have become a great focus. At times it can be difficult to hear and feel comfortable with our own inner whispering.
There is a relentless appeal for social, technological and personal evolution. Ideals of how we like to connect are being invariably challenged.

With introspection and retrospection at a high:
how do we steady our minds,
how do we flourish,
how do we find calm?
Whilst there is beauty in thriving and there is value in dedication, we may also pause to consider the beauty in languish and the wisdom of slowness.
In her collection ‘Eunoia’, Marisa questions if we need to fear those challenges and the melancholy that we face.  Is it possible for them to be seen as hurdles of beauty as they incite our minds to seek meaningful contemplation and connection with what we truly value?

Opening Event: 5-7pm 30 July 2021
