This exhibition, Piano Removalist, made especially for BOXCOPY, ruminates on the clangy, a-rhythmical and tiring but also jazzy life-style of piano removalists. To explore this theme Mitch brings together recent paintings, cartoons and sculpture. Mitch lives and works in Sydney, his work has been included in exhibitions at The Museum of Contemporary Art, Campbelltown Art Centre, Artspace, Neon Parc & The Ian Potter Museum. Recent exhibitions include Blue Period (with Matthew Tumbers), Society, The Drawing Room, BREENSPACE & Cool World, Alaska Projects.
Mitch was a founding member of The Cosmic Battle for Your Heart (2009-2011) and is represented by BREENSPACE.
