Don’t let the lack of travel keep you from the thrill of exploring new things in your own city. You may think you know Brisbane well, but Museum of Brisbane’s captivating walking tours will will re-ignite your curiosity.

This spring, Museum of Brisbane will launch their new Public Art Walking Tour, showcasing the art, history, and culture of Brisbane’s public sphere. Grab a group of friends, call a date, or book the kids in for a day outside in the fresh air and get set to be delighted by the familiar favourites and hidden gems of the city you live in.

Museum of Brisbane’s Public Art Walking Tour invites you to tour the city’s plethora of public art and examine the dynamic additions to Brisbane’s squares, lanes, foyers and streetscapes. Featuring work both from the early 1900s, to modern installations and laneway art; this 90-minute tour will showcase Brisbane from a brand-new perspective as you explore the artist’s response to a place, concept and time that can give us a sense of, or question, who and where we are.

Public Art Walking Tour is available to book now with tours starting from 22 August.

Ticket Cost: Adult $35 | Concession $30 | MoB Member $30
