Steve Lopes showcases his newest collection of works ‘Shape for Gods’. An opening night will be hosted at Mitchell Fine Art on the 13th of October from 6pm to 8pm with the artist in attendance, followed by an artist talk on the 14th from 11am.
This exhibition has been two years in the making following a tumultuous period that gave Lopes cause for greater reflection and contemplation.
Hesitant to elaborate on his own paintings and impose his own narrative, Steve Lopes invites the viewer to contemplate deeply and to draw their own conclusions to what they see.
