The Kaya Sulc Studio Residency is a BFAC intiative to honour the life’s work of internationally collected, Cooroy-based artist, Kaya Sulc.

At home on our Mezzanine Level, this residency offers artists a studio space, informal mentoring and concept development towards an outcome of their choice, at the conclusion of their residency.

Applications for our 2020 program are open now. Please get in touch for an EOI.

Space: 60M SQ. Mezzanine level studio in the centre of the former factory building.
Access Hours: 9am – 3.15pm Tuesdays to Sunday.
Location: 11a Maple Street, Cooroy (20 minutes drive from Noosa).
Hire fee: $200/week or $150 subsidised (application based).

Applications are currently open for individual artists, collectives, or those looking to share space, in 2020, to make use of this large, light filled studio in our bustling arts centre, in the Noosa Hinterland.

As an arts centre, we pride ourselves on nurturing a connected, sustainable environment for creatives.
