In the coming months the second exhibition in The Word Conterminous series will be taking place at Jugglers Artspace. This is a call out to artists that are interested in taking part in the second installment.
A number of nouns are drawn out of a proverbial hat and arranged into combinations of two. These combinations are then designated to the artists involved who interpret those words in any way they see fit. Two different artists will interpret each word combination. Unlike the first exhibition, The Word Conterminous 2 will have no medium or size restrictions whatsoever! So do what you do best in order to represent the eclectic bunch of chosen nouns.
Some of the previous word combinations included; Spider Snowflake; Brick Cassette; Blind Dictator; Skyscraper Carnivore and Handshake Impersonator. Examples of these works and info about the artists involved in the first show can be found on the website at www.thewordconterminous.com
