Blake House Gallery, 35 Adelaide St, Brisbane

WHEN : 30th August – 14th September
WHERE : Blake House Gallery, 35 Adelaide St, Brisbane

Thoughts on Humans and other Animals serves as a showcase for two emerging Brisbane based representational artists. Ray and Duncan are two artists whose careers are at similar points. Although stylistically quite different they both possess similar backgrounds.

Ray Coffey has already been making a name for himself over the past few years; having been a multiple finalist in many national art and drawing prizes. Whilst Duncan has been quietly working away in the studio refining his practice and working on commissioned pieces. This is a unique opportunity to see two artists who both display high standards of draftsmanship and skill in their preferred mediums.

Opening night: 7pm, Friday August 30. This exhibit will run September 1st until the 14th as a registered event during the Brisbane Fringe Festival. Supported by brisbane fringe festival, Blake House Gallery & Little Creatures Brewings
