Since its founding, it has operated as a grassroots incubator for ideas—offering residencies, event space, a community darkroom, and a welcoming environment for artists and collectives to collaborate, create, and exhibit.

Artist Residencies
House Conspiracy’s Emerging Artist in Residency program supports future-focused artists through space, time, and community connection. Applications are open to creatives aligned with values of creative freedom, kindness, and community care.
Photographic Darkroom Access
Artists can access House Conspiracy’s community black-and-white darkroom, featuring 35mm and medium format enlargers, easels, trays, a dryer, and 5 sheets of photo paper per session.
Use Our Spaces
The House offers rehearsal, meeting, project, and workshop space for artist and community groups. Access is available by request and aligned with House Conspiracy’s community-focused values.
